🕹️Step 4: Starting & Joining

You are logged in! Now, let's fire up the engine. 🔥

1. Click Your Server

On the main dashboard, you will see a "Card" with your server's name on it.

• Click that card.

• This will take you to the Console (The command center).

2. The "Start" Button 🟢

Look for the big purple button that says "Start".

• Click it!

• You will see a lot of text scrolling by in the black box. This is normal! It means the server is waking up.

• Wait until the button turns Green and says "Online".

⚠️ First Time Note: The very first time you start a server, it might take 1-2 minutes to download all the game files. Be patient!

3. Get Your Address (IP) 🗺️

To join the game, you need your "Server Address." Look at the top right corner (or under the server name). You will see a button that says Address or IP.

• It looks something like this: 192.168.0.1:6969or play.witchly.host:25565.

• Click to Copy that address.

🎮 4. How to Join the Game

For Minecraft Players:

1. Open Minecraft on your PC.

2. Click Multiplayer.

3. Click Add Server.

4. Server Name: Type anything (e.g., "My Witchly Server").

5. Server Address: Paste the IP you just copied.

6. Click Done and join!

For Hytale / Other Games:

1. Open your game.

2. Find the "Connect to Server" or "Direct Connect" button.

3. Paste the IP you copied.

4. Click Connect.

You are now a Server Owner! Your world is live. Your friends can join using that same IP address.

❓ Common Questions

• "How do I stop it?" Just press the red Stop button.

• "How do I make myself Admin / OP?"

  • Go to the Console (the black text box).

  • Type: op your_username (Example: op Steve).

  • Press Enter. You are now the boss!
